SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

We ship to Singapore and Malaysia

 

Once your order is dispatched, the following approximate delivery times apply. Shipping is from Singapore.

 

 

SINGAPORE - SHIPPING

 

FREE SHIPPING on orders more than $100.00 (SGD).

 

On all orders below $100 (SGD) a flat rate fee of $8.00 (SGD) applies.
 

You can expect your order to arrive between 1- 3 full business days (after dispatch) depending on where you are shipping to. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays within Singapore.

 

MALAYSIA - SHIPPING


FREE SHIPPING on orders more than $150.00 (SGD) a flat rate fee of $12 (SGD) applies.

The approximate delivery time is between 3 – 5 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday excluding holidays. For deliveries in December please be aware that there can be delays due to the increased mail service before Christmas. Cocolux Australia - SINGAPORE is not responsible for any delays at this time and returned or refused orders will be charged a handling & original shipping costs on all International orders.

Delivery to an International address may require the consignee to pay additional fees such as duties, taxes and brokerage fees as mandated by the government for which the shipment is received. You should check with your local government agency for details.

All such taxes are the responsibility of the parcel recipient and are not paid by Cocolux Australia - SINGAPORE

Delays due to customs issues are out of Cocolux Australia's control. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched nor do we have any control over international customs or import duties and shipping times. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, incorrect delivery details, order changes, stock availability or errors.

WHEN WE SHIP

In-stock products that are purchased on weekdays before 5pm (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched the next day.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cocolux Australia - SINGAPORE reserves the right to cancel any order at which time, we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or numbers provided. We will refund all payments using the original method received but we do not hold credit card information on our systems. All orders are subject to availability of stock.

PRIVACY & SECURITY

1. We recognise that privacy of personal information is important to individuals. Personal information for our business purposes is to be minimal, private, correct, safe and largely in the control of the individual. Except where otherwise legally appropriate we will treat your personal information as private.

3. Because of the nature of our business it is necessary to obtain personal information from time to time. We will however not be intrusive nor obtain or use information in an inappropriate manner. We will only ask for and use personal information we reasonably need to conduct our business. If you have signed up to the Cocolux registration and do not wish to receive any advertising material then there is a cease option at the end of every email.

5. As part of us keeping your personal information private we only allow access on a need to know basis i.e. deliveries. We use a recognised SSL certificate which secures the transfer of sensitive data such as credit card or login information between a web browser and a server. Having an SSL certificate enables the data to be encrypted so that it can only be read by the authorised server - even if the encrypted data is intercepted, it is unreadable. Displaying the certificate delivers peace of mind to you the customer, certifying that our website is a legitimate and a secure site.

6. It is important for us that persons with whom we do business have confidence that we handle information responsibly and it is our policy to do this. We do not store full credit card details on our website as this is handled by the payment gateway that we use to process the customer transactions. It is in Cocolux Australia’s best interest to ensure your privacy with regards to sharing information and we will abide by what we have claimed.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES


RETURNS  

Returns are accepted (EXCLUDING SALE ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED) up to 14 days from date of purchase. All returned products including boxes must be in the condition that they were sent in. Ensure all boxes are adequately protected when returning as any damage will be the customers responsibilty and may result in a fee.

Please allow up to 5 business days from the date we receive your return into our logistics warehouse for processing. Please keep in mind all return requests will be processed in the order as they were received. We cannot make any changes or process the return until we receive the returned goods.

All packages must be sent via a trackable method depending on the country where its sent from. Cocolux Australia is not responsible for packages lost in transit if a tracking number is not provided for returns.

Please note that all return shipping charges are the customers responsibility excluding shipping errors made by Cocolux Australia - SINGAPORE.

EXCHANGES

All purchased items can be exchanged up to 14 days from date of purchase for any reason providing they are returned in a new, unused and unworn condition.


Please note that all return shipping charges are the customers responsibility excluding shipping errors made by Cocolus Australia. Cocolux Australia - SINGAPORE is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Items should if possible be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Product boxes or other packaging must be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
